"I arrived in Mexico City exhausted after a long flight, and luckily, I found Teppan Grill at the Hyatt Regency – an amazing experience! I ordered the tuna roll, salmon roll, edamame, and ribeye steak tacos, and every bite was simply perfect. The quality of the fish was outstanding, the flavors were well-balanced, and the steak tacos were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing – exactly what I needed after my flight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality Japanese cuisine in Mexico City!"

"The atmosphere is amazing. We loved our food twas very tasty and let me tell you we had a lot of special requests. The service was amazing both Pedro and our cook Juan spoke English. We did spend a pretty penny & twas well worth it. I recommend it for sure. Can't go wrong."

As you can see on Google reviews, a lot of patrons order this. But for me, it was nothing special. However, good service and would go back from time to time."

"This restaurant is located at the Hyatt Hotel. I've been here many times. If you want to have a nice dinner and get away from all the noise normally found at the other restaurants, go here. All of my visits have been very good and service impeccable. Good selection of food and cooked as it should. Go here, and the Teppanyaki experience you normally get in the US will change your mind about how things should be done."

"We ordered the teppanyaki set. The vegetables were the highlight. Well cooked and very juicy, especially the mushrooms and greens. I would recommend asking the staff to use less salt so the natural flavors stand out more. The steak and salmon portions were on the smaller side. Cooking was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. Fried rice was just fine, not really attractive. Overall, the value for money is not great. Mexico City has many better dining options at this price point. That said, for a hotel restaurant, it is acceptable."
